Businesses that have a settled design direction and need consistent design output each month, without the overhead of briefing a new project every time they need something. A monthly retainer works best when the relationship has been running for at least a few months, but we accept new clients on the plan when the scope is clear.
At the start of each month, we agree what is covered. Social graphics, a new landing section, updated pricing cards, an event flyer. The scope is specific, not a blanket bucket of hours. Unused capacity does not roll over, but scope overruns are flagged before they happen.
Yes. One month's written notice. No penalty or cancellation fee. The plan runs to the end of the current month before ending.
Additional work is quoted as a one-off project. We do not add unbounded hours to the monthly invoice.
